Any or all items from your online order that you wish to return must be received by Primrose Park London within a period of 14 calendar days of the received delivery date. We cannot accept returns after this period.
Returned products MUST be in the new condition as supplied, unused, unwashed and unworn and include all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any goods with any indication that it was used. In such cases the goods will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued, but additional delivery fees may be charged.
To return goods please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your original delivery.
Goods are returned to Primrose Park London at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, please return your item indicating what you would like to exchange it for on the Returns Form.
We typically operate with a quick turnaround on our returns and refunds but we ask that you please allow 5-7 workings days for your refund to be processed once you have received notification from us. A credit will be issued in the original form of payment at that point.
The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Please note Primrose Park London is not responsible for returns costs, however, if you are returning a faulty product, we will refund the postage costs.
